LRC Workouts:

1. Monday lift at 7 am on the T floor of the Science Building.
2. Tuesday run at the track at 7 pm. Dinner at North to follow.
3. Thursday trail run at Hydaway at 5:15 pm. Utilize carpool form linked in the website. Carpool will meet at 5:05 outside of DeMoss by the fountains! Drivers are implementing the 5 minute grace period unless there is timely communication! Dinner at the Rot to follow. Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you want to jump into the lake!
4. Saturday long run at 9 am. Location TBD. Carpool form is on the website! Carpool will meet around 8:35 at the bandfield (exact time will be released once we pick a location).

Events:

1. On April 18th at 6 pm, we will be celebrating George and Amy's engagement! This will be a potluck, so we are counting on you to bring food! All are welcome! Location is TBD! We will let you know asap! In the meantime, please RSVP and please bring something to share! Utilize the sign-up-genius to RSVP.
2. LRC Formal will be April 25 from 7-9pm! Location TBD (tentatively Liberty Mountain Conference Center). Come for a special end of the year celebration with LRC. Leadership is aware that this is the same day as After Party. We have factored in enough time for both, so come to formal! Dress nicely!

Races

1. If you are interested in NIRCA races (track meets are happening now!) Please DM Jessica Dryer through GroupMe.
2. We are coming to the end of NIRCA races this semester, so if you're interested, get on it!
3. Our discount code for Park to Park has expired and details are in the works for the racers. If you're interested in spectating, the race starts at 7 am in Stuarts Draft and finishes in Waynesboro.
