LRC Workouts:

Monday lift at 7 am on the T floor of the Science Building.
Liberty Running Club Newsletter
LAST OFFICIAL MEETING: Tuesday run at the track at 7 pm. Dinner at North to follow. We are planning something special! So be there and follow these instructions:
On Tuesday, Liberty class of 2026 wear red
On Tuesday, Liberty class of 2027 wear black
On Tuesday, Liberty class of 2028 wear blue
On Tuesday, Liberty class of 2029 wear white
Thursday and Saturday runs will return in the fall.

Races

Registration for spring races are all closed! Keep an eye out for fall NIRCA races, our time trial, and any other races! Thank you Jessica Dryer for coordinating our races this year!

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to our President, Cole Schwartz, who is graduating this spring. He has done an excellent job leading this club since the fall of 2024 and will be missed.

If you're interested in SUMMER TRAINING, there is still time for you to fill out the form! Big shout out to George Crowder as well as Jill Crunkilton and Evan O'Connor for directing our training. The form can be found on the website.
