Workouts

  1. Monday: lift on the T floor of the Science building from 7-7:50 am.
  2. Tuesday: Workout at 7 pm at the outdoor track (Osborne Stadium). Dinner at north to follow!
  3. Thursday: Lift from 7-7:50am on the T floor of the science building
  4. Thursday: Run at 5:15 pm up at Snowflex. Please fill out the carpool form by Wednesday at 5pm to either give or receive a ride! Dinner at the rot to follow.
  5. Saturday: Long Run at 8:30am! We will be going to Elkton Farm! Carpool will be leaving at 8:10 from the bandfield! Form is due by 8:30am Friday for carpool!


Events

  1. Our next event will be the fall festival on Saturday, October 10! We will send out more details as the day approaches!

Races

  1. Next NIRCA meet 9/18! Jessica has released the registration form in the NIRCA chat.
  2. Any questions? Direct them to George Crowder or Jessica Dryer via GroupMe
  3. As a reminder, if you register to race, you are expected to pay your race fee unless some extenuating circumstance, such as illness, prevents you from racing. This must be communicated to leadership ASAP. Be sure to deliver your race fee in cash to either Josh, Sienna, or Leah before the race OR venmo Leah-Kelley-29


Leadership

  1. Want to improve LRC? Provide feedback through the form linked on the website!
  2. Meeting information: on Tuesday, leadership met up and discussed event logistics, tabling, and future hiring


Spotlight Announcements

  1. Be filling out those bingo cards! They will be due soon! Sullivan has gotten some AWESOME prizes for them!
  2. We had so much fun at game night this past week! We are postponing the campfire, so there will be s'mores this semester! Keep an eye out for other events!
  3. Also, go out and participate in NIRCA! We had a blast this past weekend at Panorama Farms! If you're on the fence about it, give it a try!
