Workouts

  1. Monday: lift on the T floor of the Science building from 7-7:50 am.
  2. Tuesday: Workout at 7 pm at the outdoor track (Osborne Stadium). Dinner at north to follow!
  3. Thursday: Lift from 7-7:50am on the T floor of the science building
  4. Thursday: Run at 5:15 pm up at Snowflex. Please fill out the carpool form by Wednesday at 5pm to either give or receive a ride! Dinner at the rot to follow.
  5. Saturday: Long Run at Camp Hydaway at 8:30am! Carpool will depart from the bandfield at 8:15! Be sure to fill out the form BY 8:30am on Friday to secure your ride!
  6. Carpool Policy: carpool form should be filled out for each off campus event/run. The form is due 24 HOURS prior to departure


Events

  1. Our next event will be on Saturday, October 10!!! We will be going to Yoder's Farm! This event is a club favorite! We will get dinner together at 5pm in the rot then carpool over to Yoder's. We will depart from the bandfield by 5:45! Come ready for a corn maze!!! Bring a little cash for the corn maze ticket! Carpool form will be due by Friday, October 9, at 5pm! Link to location:

  3. WE ARE HIRING!!! Our wonderful Treasurer and Social Media Director will be leaving us after this semester! So, we are looking for people to fill their roles! If you are interested, please fill out this form! Submissions are due October 16, 2026, at 11:59PM. Form will be sent in the GroupMe and is in the email
  4. Please reach out with any questions regarding LRC's leadership hiring process or about the roles. Generally, the Treasurer is responsible for creating and submitting a budget to SGA then properly budgeting out the funds that are approved for the semester as well as managing reimbursements and payments. Social Media creates the club's social media presence, communicates announcements, and makes club promotional material. Applicants are to be regular attending members of the club, in good standing with the university, and must be an undergraduate student per SGA and LRC constitution requirements.
