Workouts

1. Monday: lift on the T floor of the Science building from 7-7:50 am.
2. Tuesday: Workout at 7 pm at the outdoor track (Osborne Stadium). Dinner at north to follow!
3. No official Thursday or Saturday meetings (except for the NIRCA meet!) because of fall break!

Events

1. Feeling spooky? Our next event for LRC will be Thursday, October 29th! LRC will be going to Scaremare!!! We will eat a quick dinner after the trail run then head over!
2. We are sad Yoder's was rained out, but we are rescheduling!
3. Following those events, we will be having our rescheduled campfire on Friday, November 13! More details to come!

Races & Training

1. No more NIRCA for a little bit! If you missed it, keep an eye out for other race announcements and NIRCA track will be coming this spring! We will be having a track interest meeting later this semester!
2. Keep your eyes peeled for details about our LRC Time Trial! It will be on November 17th!
3. Training is available through the GroupMe

Leadership

1. Want to improve LRC? Provide feedback in the form in the email.
2. Meeting information: on Tuesday, leadership met up and discussed hiring, long run information, event information, merch, and NIRCA

Spotlight Announcements

1. WE ARE HIRING!!! Our wonderful Treasurer and Social Media Director will be leaving us after this semester! So, we are looking for people to fill their roles! If you are interested, please fill out this form! Submissions are due October 16, 2026, at 11:59PM. Application is in the GroupMe and in the email!
2. Please reach out with any questions regarding LRC's leadership hiring process or about the roles. Generally, the Treasurer is responsible for creating and submitting a budget to SGA then properly budgeting out the funds that are approved for the semester as well as managing reimbursements and payments. Social Media creates the club's social media presence, communicates announcements, and makes club promotional material. Applicants are to be regular attending members of the club, in good standing with the university, and must be an undergraduate student per SGA and LRC constitution requirements.
3. MERCH IS HERE!!! YAY!!! There are two separate links--one to a navy blue version of everything and one to red! Orders are due October 20th! Links are in the GroupMe and newsletter!
